Steecam Bizhub – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At  Steecam Bizhub, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across Kenya. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major towns and cities in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding regions.
Remote area deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

Same-Day Delivery Within Nairobi 2–6 hours (for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM)
Next-Day Delivery Major towns 1–2 business days
Upcountry Delivery Other regions 2–4 business days

⏱️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or stock availability.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Nairobi: From KSh 300 – KSh 500, depending on location and item size.

  • Outside Nairobi: Courier charges apply (based on weight and destination).

  • Free Delivery: Occasionally available for promotional offers or high-value orders.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available.

5. Pick-Up Option

Customers may also collect their orders at our physical store:

Please wait for a confirmation message before coming to collect your order.

6. Packaging & Handling

All gadgets and accessories are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details, or

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery time —
    the package may be returned to our store, and re-delivery fees may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Steecam Bizhub, only ships within Kenya.
For bulk or export orders, please contact us directly for arrangements.
