  • We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where available).

  • In case of a cancelled order before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery services are available within Kenya through trusted couriers.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Steecam Bizhub is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural causes.

6. Returns & Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranties unless stated otherwise. Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Physical or liquid damage

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Software issues caused by third-party applications or viruses

For repairs or servicing:

  • Diagnostic checks may attract a service fee.

  • Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned.

  • Steecam Bizhub is not liable for data loss during repair — customers are encouraged to back up their data beforehand.
